Q: How do I book an appointment?

Accepted Answer

A: You can book via my website contact form, email, or phone. Once your date is confirmed, a £50 non-refundable deposit is required within 4 days of your initial enquiry to secure your booking. The deposit will be deducted from your final balance.

Q: How far in advance should I book?

A: For weddings. I recommend booking at least 12-18 months in advance. Popular dates, especially during weddings season, can book up quickly.

Q: Do you require a minimum booking?

Accepted Answer

A: For weddings, a minimum booking of bride plus two additional people (e.g., bridesmaids, Maid of Honour, or Mother of the Bride) is required. I also offer a bride only package for an additional £50.

Q: What is your deposit and payment policy?

A: A £50 non-refundable deposit is required within 4 days of your initial inquiry to secure your date. Trial appointments are paid for on the day, and the remaining balance is due 14 days before the wedding.

Q: How do I book my wedding makeup?

A: Simply get in touch with your wedding date, location and bridal party details via my contact form and I'll confirm my availability and guide you through the booking process.

Q: Do you travel for weddings?

A: Yes! I am based In Kent but travel all over the South East and further afield. For locations more than 2.5 hours from CT11, I require an overnight stay the night before your wedding to ensure a stress free start on the day and avoid any travel delays.

Q: Can I make changes to my booking?

A: Yes! I understand plans can change. Please let me know as soon as possible if you need to adjust your schedule, services, or bridal party numbers. I email time schedules 1 month prior to your wedding day.

Q: Are you insured?

A: Yes!  I carry £5 million public liability insurance, which is required by many wedding venues. This ensures both your peace of mind and compliance with venue requirements.

Q: Do you do a trial before I pay a deposit?

A: I ask for a deposit when you book to secure your special day and ensure everything is planned just for you. The deposit is deducted from your final balance, and once it's paid, we can schedule your trial and perfect your look for your big day.

Q: Do you offer touch-ups and on-site makeup services during the wedding day?

Accepted Answer

Yes! I offer Stay-On Packages to ensure your bridal makeup stays flawless all day and into the evening. I offer two options:

Option 1 - Ceremony to Reception Touch Ups: Includes light touch-ups such as lipstick refresh and shine control for up to 2 hours post-ceremony. Perfect for photos, mingling, or outdoor confetti moments.

Option 2 - Day-To-Night Glam (Evening refresh): Stay up to 4-5 hours with touch-ups throughout the day and full evening makeup refresh before your evening guests arrive or the first dance.

A: I like to be fully transparent with my pricing. Weddings are a full-service, carefully planned experience, and the pricing reflects the extra time, preparation, and attention to detail that goes into your special day. Bridal services include:

* Longer, dedicated time for the bride and bridal party.
* Travel to your venue and a carefully planned schedule to keep your morning relaxed.
* Coordination for the bridal party so everyone is ready on time.
* Makeup designed to last all day and look flawless in photos.

Occasion makeup is usually shorter and simpler, so it's priced differently. Wedding pricing ensures that you receive a stress-free fully supported experience, leaving you free to enjoy every moment of your big day.

Q: I haven't received a reply after making an enquiry- what should I do?

A: I always reply to all enquires within 24 hours. If you don't see my reply, please check your Spam/Junk folder as sometimes emails get filtered there by mistake. To make sure you receive future emails, you can also add my email address to your contacts.
